After crimping your terminal barrel, simply rotate the connector over a heat gun. The heat shrink tubing will adhere to the wire tightly - no soldering needed. The easiest application is complemented with durable insulation tubing that protects the wire from weather, stretching, or damage.

Heat shrink connectors prevent wiring failures while reducing equipment downtime. The increased current flow with less voltage drop is provided by the thick tinned copper barrels.

How to Use Heat Shrink Wire Connectors
  • Step 1: Strip insulation to 8mm and insert into splice barrel
  • Step 2: Crimp using the tool for insulated connectors
  • Step 3: Apply heat while rotating the connector
  • Step 4: Allow the terminal to cool down. Now you have a secure and insulated connector
